Shooting House

Our vast knowledge of the work environment in which special forces operate allows us to ensure comprehensive solutions which satisfy their training needs and expectations as well as the operational requirements of field operations.

Shooting House

The modular RUBOX system, thanks to its structural elements, allows for exercises with small and large-caliber weapons with 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm, 9 mm and smoothbore bullets, caliber 338 LAPUA 285 GRAIN and .50 BMG 750 gr A-MAXR Match™ fired from a distance of 1 meter, 12.7×99 mm M33 BALL which allows:

1.construction of shooting houses of any size or purpose and configuration in existing facilities such as halls, buildings, or rooms,

2.construction of shooting houses in halls or buildings where the modular RUBOX system is a standalone structure located independently without additional elements to support or strengthen the structure and completely mobile thanks to the possibility of quick disassembly and reconstruction of the shooting house,

3.allows for building e.g. standalone shooting houses in open spaces without the use of elements supporting or strengthening the modular structure of the RUBOX system, being completely mobile due to the possibility of quick disassembly and reconstruction of the shooting house,

4.construction of shooting houses on completely flat and open spaces made of elements of the modular RUBOX system using the construction of external protective walls outside the shooting house built of the modular RUBOX system, fulfilling the role of a shaft protecting against accidental/uncontrolled getting of the bullet out of the shooting house,

The modular RUBOX

system allows for complete protection of floors, ceilings, rooms, passageways, staircases, steps and risers, pillars, transport and unloading ramps, etc., and all kinds of structural elements located on the premises of the facility to be adapted for training. That includes already existing buildings or halls serving as shooting houses, properly configured with RUBOX system modules such as stabilizing tracks, AFD modular floor, GR250 ballistic blocks, GR500 ballistic blocks, lintels, anti-ricochet/warning bands for windows and doors, allowing for configuration of rooms, corridors, corridor bends, window and door openings and all other elements necessary for realistic exercises and tasks in the facility thanks to mobility of these elements. Imposing of a permanent image transfer on the structural elements of the modular RUBOX systems provide realism imitating the conditions, e.g. damaged buildings, brick walls, falling plaster, burning walls and structural elements, interior furnishings of rooms and halls, hollow brick walls and all elements that will be prepared for applying on walls and components of RUBOX modules. Image transfer is an element that allows for realistic imitation of actions and teaching of habits and reflexes according to the assumptions and procedures being realized.

The possibilities in the construction of shooting houses built of mobile elements of the RUBOX modular system are limited only by the imagination of the designers and the people responsible for the task. Safety, durability of the structure, mobility of elements, simplicity and speed of construction, speed of disassembly, permanent image transfers, effective protection against bullet ricochet, versatility and flexibility of the elements of the RUBOX modular system change the current view on the construction of fixed or modular walls used in the construction of shooting houses through:

– getting rid of all the elements of steel and armor plates causing the release of dangerous volatile compounds of heavy metals, which was confirmed by laboratory tests,

– the possibility of continuous and quick configuration, reconstruction of internal structures of walls, doors, windows, pillars, staircases, communication routes, etc. in a shooting house,

– the possibility of applying a permanent transfer of images on all surfaces of RUBOX modules, making the training conditions in the shooting house more realistic,

– enabling operations with weapons in the range of 360 degrees, including firing from and to window and door openings,

– enabling of operation with small-caliber and large-caliber weapons, including the caliber 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm, 9 mm and smootbore, caliber 338 LAPUA 285 GRAIN and .50 BMG 750 gr A-MAXR Match™ fired from a distance of 1 meter, 12.7×99 mm M33 BALL,

– effective protection of people and the object against uncontrolled ricocheting of bullets during exercises,

– making and detonating doors in real conditions,

– quick maintenance of working elements after exhausting training, not requiring a lot of time and work,

– express maintenance of a damaged working elements during training, which allows for uninterrupted activities on the site,

– securing sensitive places with anti-ricochet/warning bands,

– firing into a small zone, preventing the formation of a temporary channel in the RUBOX elements and the penetration of the RUBOX element,

– performing exercises in accordance with the ecological cycle, i.e. no dangerous substances getting into the air or on the floor and thus not forcing people in the shooting house to inhale these chemical compounds,

– construction of shooting houses on the premises of already existing facilities and the possibility of its configuration and adaptation to the needs and tasks,

– construction of shooting houses in open spaces (shooting ranges) using the already existing external security (embankments) necessary for safe training and configuration of the shooting house building structure,

– construction of shooting houses in open spaces, e.g. on flat areas with the use of shooting house security belt from the outside, built of the modular RUBOX system, which protects the bullet against accidentally getting out of the shooting range,

– conducting training with weapons aimed at the external walls of the shooting house, including shooting at external walls as well as window and door openings,

– construction of facilities that do not require a lot of people, equipment, and time.

The modular RUBOX system provides the possibility of recreating the most realistic combat conditions necessary for the implementation of tasks and training, ensuring maximum safety for all people inside and outside the shooting house. The mobility and modularity of the RUBOX system allow for quick design changes necessary for the implementation of various activities. Quick assembly and disassembly of the RUBOX modular system components ensures an uninterrupted cycle of exercises at the shooting house.
